Nature-Immersed Breathwork: Experience a profound journey of conscious breathing, designed to release trapped energy and connect you directly to the natural world. We will move from grounding earth energies to the expansive, cosmic realms of spirit. Rebirthing Breathwork uses a conscious, connected breathing pattern, this practice helps release stored emotional energy and stagnant trauma from the body. Honouring the Elements & Earth: Through guidance, we will pay homage to the elements and crystalline waters of Wilson’s River with a simple offering or prayer. Optional Bring an offering for the river or Grandmother tree such as a flower, feather, crystal or shell.
